What Is My Fitness Goal?

Well, mine is simple: "to lose 30 pounds this year". If I would achieve that then I would be at my ideal weight.

My goal is Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-bound. SMART eh?

Mine is to get my body fat percentage under 20% and keep it there. I do need to put on a pound or two, but I need it to be all lean body mass.

Hopefully I can get active again.
